This page explains what we collect when you buy from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and the details of what you bought. Payment card numbers go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.

When you browse: the pages you looked at, roughly where you are, what device and browser you used. This comes from cookies and similar technology.

Why we collect it

To take payment, ship your order, answer your emails, screen for fraud, and — if you agreed to it — send you occasional email.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which runs this store. Our payment processor. The warehouse and carrier that pack and deliver your parcel. Meta and Google, if you arrived through an advert, so we know which advert worked.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The store uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your session, and measure advertising. You can block them in your browser, but the cart will stop working.

Your rights

Email support@getroadpaw.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have a statutory right to all three, and we honour it regardless of where you live.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are deleted when you unsubscribe.

Children

This store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
