Shipping Policy

Everything ships from our warehouse in the United States. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas.

Processing

Orders placed before 5 PM EST on a business day are packed the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. In practice, most orders leave within 1-3 business days.

Delivery

United States: 2-5 business days after dispatch, by FedEx or a comparable carrier.
Canada: 7-12 business days.
United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 10-16 business days.

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived by the end of the estimated window, email us at support@getroadpaw.com and we will chase the carrier ourselves.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your address, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before the parcel ships. After dispatch we can only redirect it through the carrier, which is not always possible.

Customs

Orders outside the United States may attract import duty or tax. That charge is set by your country and is not included in the price you paid us.
