The offer

Prices are in US dollars and include nothing beyond the product itself unless the page says so. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.

We can refuse or cancel any order — for example if the price was listed wrong, if the item is out of stock, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Product information

We describe the product as accurately as we can, including dimensions and load rating. Colours vary between screens. Measurements are given to the nearest stated fraction.

Fit

The RoadPaw is designed for rear seats with headrests. It is your responsibility to check that your vehicle has them before ordering. Our 30-day return policy exists precisely for the cases where it doesn't work out.

Safety

This is a seat cover and platform, not a restraint system and not crash-tested safety equipment. The included straps attach a harness — never clip them to a neck collar. Nothing here replaces a proper dog restraint where your local law requires one.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.
