In the box

The cover. Two adjustable straps with snap hooks. Nothing else.

Anchors, mesh window, pockets and door flaps are part of the cover, not accessories you have to fit.

Fit

80.9″ × 64.56″ opened — the full back seat of a sedan, wagon, SUV or truck. Bucket and captain seats included: the plate bridges the gap instead of dropping into it.

One requirement: rear headrests, for the top buckles.

layers

Materials

Six layers. 600D Oxford face, waterproof backed. Cotton either side of a rigid PP plate. Non-slip base.

3.2 kg. Folds to 27.55″ × 18.5″ × 2.75″ and lives in the boot when you don't need it.

Care

Cloth, vacuum or lint roller for the ordinary days. Hose it down for the rest. Hang to dry — never a tumble dryer.

The difference

A floor, not a sling

Fabric sags. A plate doesn’t.

Rated to 440 lbs, the floor stays flat under a standing dog — through hard braking, through corners, through six hours of motorway. There is no footwell left to fall into.

Which means no scrambling in the mirror, no claws hunting for grip, and no dog arriving wound up from an hour of trying to stay upright.

Mesh window

A box makes dogs anxious

So we didn't build one.

Mesh across the front keeps you in sight and the air moving. Most owners notice the same thing on the first long drive: the whining stops. Pockets either side hold the leash and the towel you always forget.

Fitting

Done before the engine warms up

Four buckles. Two anchors. Two zips.

The top buckles go round the headrests, front and rear. The anchors push into the seam of the rear seat so the middle can’t lift. The flaps zip up over the door panels, and one strap hooks to the door handle to hold the side in place.

No tools, no drilling, nothing permanent — and off again just as fast the day you need the back seat for people.

Questions

check_box

Will it fit my car?

Sedan, wagon, SUV, truck — 80.9″ × 64.56″ opened covers the back seat of all four, bucket and captain layouts included. It needs rear headrests for the top buckles. That's the only condition.

check_box

How much weight does it hold?

440 lbs. Two large dogs, or three if they get along.

check_box

Does it move when I brake?

No. The plate stops it folding into the footwell and the non-slip base stops it creeping forward. Those two together are the whole point.

check_box

Is it really waterproof?

600D Oxford with a waterproof backing. Mud, drool, a spilled bowl and the occasional accident stay on the surface. Your upholstery never meets them.

check_box

What about my doors?

The side flaps zip up over the panels. Claws land on Oxford instead of trim.

check_box

Can someone still sit in the back?

Fold one side down. One seat for a passenger, the rest stays your dog's.

check_box

Can I clip a harness to it?

Two adjustable straps with snap hooks come in the box. Clip to a harness — never to a neck collar.

check_box

How do I clean it?

Cloth, vacuum or lint roller most weeks. Hose it down after the bad ones and hang it to dry. No tumble dryer.

check_box

When will it arrive?

It ships free from the USA — out in 1-3 business days, with you in 2-5.

check_box

And if it isn't right?

Thirty days to send it back. No restocking fee.
